As a Functional Nutritional Therapist I'm trained to pinpoint the areas where your body is out of balance and to help you to support those areas to reduce your symptoms and optimize your health.

We are all uniquely created and have individual health requirements. And as our bodies change, as we go through different seasons of life, what our bodies need from food changes too.

My faith in Jesus is the foundation on which I build my life. I feel blessed to know God and I'm constantly amazed at the ways in which he works in my life. I'm passionate about sharing my faith and the lessons I learn as I grow closer to God. I hope, by sharing my testimony, I can be an inspiration and a light unto your life.
